The service includes:

• Access to the downloadable source code of the Affichat bot.
• Basic documentation and setup instructions.
• Optional updates and support if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Please note: This product is intended for users who are technically proficient. We expect that you have a working knowledge of software development, including experience with deploying code, managing dependencies, and working with development environments. The product is not designed for end-users without coding experience. Affichat does not operate the chatbot for you; it provides the foundation for you to build and deploy your own instance.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Overspending or unexpected charges incurred through third-party APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI, cloud providers, voice synthesis APIs).
• Misconfigurations or errors in the code leading to unexpected usage, financial loss, or service disruption.
• Data breaches, unauthorized access, data loss, or data leakage resulting from improper implementation, hosting, or usage of the code.
• Loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any damages arising out of your failure to implement security best practices or maintain adequate technical safeguards.

The Affichat boilerplate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use of the code is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for the deployment, usage, and consequences of using the product in any environment.

You agree that our total liability, in any circumstance and under any legal theory, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product.
